Background and Site Information
COMPANY PROFILE:
Making Meetings Matter (MMM) was set up in 2001 to assist companies in improving the productivity of their meetings. MMM currently offers several 'products' aimed at ending the 'meeting madness'! They include workshops and health checks that are carried out by meeting specialists with years of professional experience.
MMM has already built up a very good relationship with leading UKcompanies and organisations. Regular clients include Sainsburys, Unilever, Heinz and the British Institute of Radiology.
THE WEBSITE
MMM required a website to promote their products and services. The site consists of several pages describing the company and its services. The site also offers feedback facilities, newsletter subscription service and a 'recommend-a-friend' option. The colour scheme reflects the company colours and company logo.
The site underwent a major redesign last year to keep the style fresh and cutting-edge. Content is updated on a regular basis - there are archived newsletters and a variety of downloads available.

The last major work involved an overhaul of the services page. Services are illustrated in the form of product boxes which the visitor can click on to obtain further information. It is now clear what services are available, what is included with each service and how much a particular service is going to cost.
